pygitweb,frontend: modifications to make pygitweb more uniform with tabler.ui's design:
* Projects list: show more stats about the projects your user has access to.
* Project summary: use individual cards for items; show the current open MRs in the MR card.
* Boards/Tasks: Fix up column headers, and fix a bug with horizontal scrolling
* Improved activity feed and other misc. frontend pages
